Senior Occupational Health AdvisorLocation: GlasgowSalary: Up to £40,000The Company:Our clients Healthcare Company is one of the UKs leading providers of occupational health services. Their clients include leading names acrossa wide range of sectors including aviation, construction, engineering, manufacturing, retail, utilities and the emergency services. Our Clients team brings together many of the UKs finest practitioners and teachers in all relevant healthcare disciplines.The Role:

  • We are looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to work in Govan, Glasgow for our client.
Role Responsibilities:
  • This role will suit a committed and enthusiastic individual with proven experience of leading others, building client relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified individual with management experience to further expand their skills and expertise; playing a crucial role in proving a compassionate, professional clinical service that is instrumental in the quality ofcare the clients receive.
  • You will be providing clinical leadership to all clinical staff on site. carrying out review meetings with the Account Managers/Client Representatives, developing and maintaining face to face relationships with all key influencers and decision while maintainingand developing the OH teams.
  • The successful candidates will also be required to deliver the full OH remit, including: Pre-employment, Health Surveillance, Drug & Alcohol, Case Management, Vaccinations and HAVS Tier 3.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
  • Skills required are managing an OH team; solid case management skills and health surveillance and fitness for work medicals.Team comprises of OHN, RMN, 2 physiotherapists and two OH techs.
