Job Description

Senior Network Engineer, CCNP , CCDP , Projects and NOCEssential skills and knowledge: Cisco CCNP qualification required, Cisco qualifications in routing, switching. Previous involvement/exposure inputting on HLD/LLD.

  • Network configuration and hands on practical knowledge of Cisco equipment. Provision of day to day support to the network architects and project managers, to assist in delivery of network configurations. Assist network architects through configuration, implementation and documentation of network solutions in line with LLD/HLD.
  • Ensure effective and reusable documentation is produced throughout project life cycle.
    • Responsible for supporting clients, delivering a number of technical projects and services.Also responsible for providing technical support as part of a large network team supporting multiple clients.Working with customers on projects and technical solutions producing configuration and installation documentation, Carrying out network design, specification and configuration.Troubleshooting network problems Researching specific solutions and projects,Managing network changes in accordance with any required change management process, providing 3rd line technical support Out of hours work to implement technical solutions.
