This key role will specialise in a variety of crucial projects involving bleeding-edge technology in a wide range of industries. Working as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will have the opportunity to write product proposals and manage projectsthrough the entire lifecycle.This company are unique in what they do and they have sites around the world. There are clear pathways for progression and the team is very flexible, allowing you to work with projects you are interested in and suit your skillset.The team are experiencing rapid growth and they have a flexible hybrid working policy, requesting you to work in the office two days per week. The ideal candidate will need strong experience in stress analysis, mathematical modelling, FEA and be able tomanage projects with minimal support.Additionally, you will need to have a Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent with at least five years of industry experience, working in high-tech engineering industries and dealing with all aspects of the product.This role requires the following:- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.- Five years of industry experience minimum.- Experience with Finite Element Analysis (preferably Abaqus, Ansys or LS Dyna).- Experience in Project Management.- Experience in managing client relationships.
