Do you want to help manage the IT of SME and Corporate clients across the UK working with market leading cloud and on premise technologiesYoull have worked previously within a technical role for a Managed Services Provider, and aspire to develop your career and skills by expanding your work experience to the next level. You will already have some onsite and possibly project level exposure and be seeking to develop your technical experience further (subject to current level).Required skills- Powershell- Active Directory, Windows Server & Hyper-V- Azure AD- Microsoft 365- Remote Desktop Services- Fortinet Firewalls and Switches (or similar with transferrable skills)- Backup and recovery solutions such as Datto- Experience of technologies such as Microsoft Graph or Microsoft Autopilot would be an advantage- CompTIA accreditations or Microsoft MCP / MCSE - Direct experience of working with common MSP tools and technologies, such as Autotask, ConnectWise, Kaseya, Zendesk, AWS, Azure.Benefits- Supported training and development plans- Company pension- Career planning- Long service benefits- Cycle to work- Continuous feedbackYou would be working for organisations across the UK but mainly in central Scotland. The bulk of role could be work from home but if preferred they do have a physical office in central Glasgow within easy reach of stations. Being based within a 2 hour drive of Glasgow and Edinburgh will be a requirement.The role will be work from home (or office) with some requirement to visit client sites and attend technical meetings.
