Job Description

  • Senior Infrastructure Engineer
  • Contract (inside IR35)
  • Remote (once or twice per month on site)
  • £450 - £500 per day
My client is a purpose-led, financially strong banking business.The infrastructure team has undergone a significant uplift to ensure that it is set up appropriately to support an ambitious transformation and change agenda.I am looking to recruit to increase their technology infrastructure project resource to support an increase in project demand.Working with the existing infrastructure project team, project managers and other business areas you will:
  • Provide SME knowledge on technology infrastructure to support business led projects.
  • Test, Install, upgrade and improve technology infrastructure hardware, software and services.
  • Perform problem solving and remediation work.
  • Creation of project documentation and BAU processes.
  • Plan and manage project deliverables.
  • Identify and manage risks.
  • Work as a team to deliver all technology infrastructure projects by prioritising tasks against the project deadlines within the agreed budget.
About you:Have excellent organisation, accuracy and communication skills.The ability to work to deadlines and able to carry out tasks and projects, both as part of a team and on your own initiative. Must have a high level of experience working on project-based work.Experience in the following preferable but not essential:
