Job Description

Huntswood is looking for a talented and experience Dialler Manager to join us on a short-term contract to support our growing call centre operation.As a Senior Dialler Manager you will be responsible for the management, profiling, modelling and processing of data to ensure that the dialler and campaigns reach full optimisation across the business. Youll also improve efficiency and productivity on allcampaigns using projection and data quality knowledge and provide recommendations for dialler strategy, implement those recommendations and report on results.The ideal Senior Dialler Manager will have:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Connex One Platform
  • Experience of managing multiple contact channels in a Call Centre environment
  • High degree of PC literacy essential with a strong technical understanding of Microsoft T-SQL
  • Strong communications and relationship building skills, with the ability to work with all relevant departments
  • Knowledge of OFCOM and FCA guidelines
