As a Barclays Wealth Client Services Executive you will bepart of a dedicated team with an inclusive and knowledge sharing culture. We will considerrequests for locating the role at an alternative Barclays’ key UK office fromthat advertised.What will you be doing• Using genuine empathy to create an effortless service on inbound callsand taking responsibility for investigating and resolving client querieseffectively• Engaging with and helping High Net Worth clients via telephone or emailcommunication, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience andservice • Recording client contact accurately on all applicable systems andresponding to client requests in a timely and professional manner • Working pro-actively with Operations and support functions to resolveissues and mitigate errors• Ensuring clients are aware of all aspects of day-to-day banking,including setting up payments and direct debits/ standing orders, cashtransfers and foreign exchange• Being a financial coach by understanding our clients’ needs and how ourproducts and services can help our clients now and in the future • Providing support by coaching, training and sharing knowledge with lessexperienced colleaguesWhat we’re looking for:• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal and excellentattention to detail• Excellent computer literacy and very competent keyboard skills• High levels of visual and aural concentration in order to locateand interpret screen based information whilst continuing dialogue with theclient• Proven Customer Service experience with capability to provide anexceptional client experienceSkills that will help you in the role:• Willingness to embrace a challenge in an evolving and changingenvironment• A positive approach with the capability to relate and adapt to a diverserange of personalities• Excellent judgement and decision making skills to deal with complexclient needs and confidence to take ownership of these• Effective negotiation and influencing skillsWhere will you be workingWe’ve been in Scotland for 250 years, and our significance has never been asimportant as it is today.
