Senior CRM Manager - GlasgowLocation: GlasgowCountry: UKStart date: ASAPSalary: £25,000 - £35,000This is an excellent opportunity for a CRM Manager to join a leading international business in a growing space. You will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects from day one, please apply if you have the below skills and would like to discuss this position in more detail.Non-Negotiable:

  • Experience with SuiteCRM (or SugarCRM)
  • International Data Protection Experience / Knowledge
  • CRM Management experience is essential
  • Advanced data manipulation skills using Microsoft Excel/python or similar
  • User of CRM tools & database management
  • Full Lifecycle Project Management
  • Solid understanding of GDPR and Data Protection / Governance guidelines
    • Nice to have:
  • Software Development or Computer Science background
  • HNC/HND STEM-focused subject area qualification
    • The role:As a CRM Manager you will be expected to take on the following responsibilities, Database management while upholding and ensuring best practice in data structure, data compliance and security. Establishing best practise procedures for data capture, cleansing and application Managing the interface between data processing and work process requirements. Design of management reports, working with CEO, commercial and financial functions.
