Our public sector client has a temporary requirement for a Senior Analyst - Assistant Librarian until 31/03/2021. This is a full time post, 37.5 hours per week. Rate of pay will be £12.84 - £16.19 per hour. IR35 Legislation applies.This is currently a remote working role.As an Assistant Librarian in the Outreach team, you will deliver webinars and develop materials to promote the use of national digital library subscription resources. The aim of the Outreach Team is to develop the skills of the workforce to find, share and use knowledge and evidence to inform practice in health and social care.In addition, you will be involved in a review of the Knowledge Network community website service and you will deliver training sessions to staff to catalogue and manage their learning resources hosted on the clients learning management system.Key Tasks will include:- Deliver training to Learning Management System Admins- Deliver a programme of webinars on using The Knowledge Network services- Contribute to the further development of content on The Knowledge Network Help and training pages- Contact administrators of community websites and review the use of their sitesThe ideal candidate:- will be a qualified librarian with experience of outreach activities- will understand the importance of good information management to aid discovery of resources- will have experience of using Microsoft Teams
