Job Description

If you are a passionate and collaborative agency account handler who is in touch with their creative side, we want to hear from you!Denholm is delighted to be working with one of Scotlands most highly-regarded creative agencies, known for not only their outstanding work and super-cool Glasgow office, but also their ambition to create the best creative team in Scotland! Right now, theyare seeking a new Senior Account Manager to help run the show alongside the agencys Group Account Director.To be successful and add value in this role you will be capable of delivering strategic creative projects, contributing at all stages and critiquing the works as much as presenting back to clients.This is an agency thats fiercely proud of their culture, meaning youll be joining a fantastic team with no egos, no silos, and everyone looks out for each other. When client facing, youll embody trust, responsibility and autonomy, being fully accountablefor ensuring that expectations are exceeded from brief to completion.What youll be doing:

  • Take overall ownership for agreed client accounts, ensuring retention and growth.
  • Ownership of client projects, ensuring impeccable delivery on budget and on schedule.
  • Produce and manage project costings and schedules.
  • Ensure all projects are set up and kept up to date on Clickup.
  • Attend client meetings/calls, document actions and provide reports as required.
  • Produce creative/production briefs, liaising with Strategists if/as required.
  • Liaise with Production Managers to schedule creative and production resource.
  • Liaise with Creative Director and other Creatives to ensure conceptual work is high quality and on-brief.
  • Maintain monthly client/project financial forecast.
  • Liaise with Client Services Director and Managing Director to plan and implement a new business strategy as required.
  • Help with requests to progress the agency and/or client project.
Who were looking for:
  • Several years experience in a similar role and seniority level.
  • Digital/social media experience.
  • A creative eye.
  • A full understanding of agency account handling and stakeholder management.
  • A self-starter who is proactive in suggesting solutions with teammates and clients.
  • Experience managing every stage of a creative campaign/project.
  • Agile working.
