As a Barclays Securitized Products Manager, your role is being created to address the continued growth and breadth of whole loan financing and trading product and transaction types that have been established as part of the core business strategy. MainFunction: Securitized Products you will liaise with the Trading Desk as well as third party mortgage originators and servicers to manage trade settlement process and life cycle events. What will you be doing Executing life cycle events for Residential and Commercial Whole Loan financing and trading Managing start of day reconciliations and for unresolved items provide detailed commentary and explanations Monitoring all incoming feeds and files from external parties and escalating any delays on deliverables Directing daily reviews of loan inventory between Barclays and external custodial vendors Actively ensuring fees, interest, and principal activity is collected, processed, and recorded What were looking for: Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience Proven ability to influence others and work under pressure independently Broad Knowledge of the front to back process in an environment of investment banking Proven ability to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels including interacting effectively with other key areas within the bank e.g. IT, MO, FO, Ops Control Skills that will help you in the role: Proven prior management experience Broad Knowledge of managing key risks and controls Broad understanding of Commercial and/or Residential whole loan financing or trading a plus Proven experience with residential mortgage loan data attributes and mortgage collateral files Where will you be workingWeve been in Scotland for 250 years, and our significance has never been as important as it is today.
