With regular hours (10.00am - 2.00pm, Monday to Thursday and 12.00noon - 4.00pm on a Friday) a clinical role working alongside our full time Nurse and working term time only (38 weeks) - this is a superb opportunity. Ideally situated for transport links and with easy access to shopping areas.If you are an experienced Registered Nurse who is interested in improving the health and wellbeing of young people and in particular providing treatment for and advising on a wide range of medical issues then this is the role for you. The school is deeply committed to promoting the physical and mental health of pupils and staff.The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with current validation and NMC Pin. Whilst not essential, it would be ideal if they have a Specialist Practitioner School Nurse or Health Visitor or Child Health Nursing qualification. You must be enthusiastic, highly organised, self-motivated, and have the ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external relationships at all levels. You will be required to maintain current NMC Registration, NMC validation and professional competence. Relevant CPD training will be offered.
