We have an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our award-winning, creative and dynamic digital customer experience agency, working on high profile, global client accounts. This role is fully remote with no expectationsof coming to an office. We will also consider applicants from within the EU.Were looking for an experienced, Marketing Cloud-certified consultant to deliver exceptional multi-channel solutions and campaigns for a range of international B2C and B2B client accounts, across all digital channels, regions and cultures.With demonstrated experience in Marketing Cloud and a good understanding of how Marketing Cloud Connect augments B2B customer experiences with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, youll work as part of our SFMC technical and marketing delivery teams to develop bespokesolutions to complex business challenges and create exceptional campaigns using Experience Cloud platforms that connect our clients to their customers. You should work well independently as well as part of a team, and be comfortable collaborating with clients.Essential Skills:- Practical experience of global deployments.- Understand technical challenges and devise solutions based on client requirements.- Execute advanced configuration/development activities across Marketing Cloud, Sales and Service Cloud.- Provide end-to-end solution/campaign architecture, testing and validation.- Demonstrate a proven track record working with Marketing Cloud, and experience in configuring Marketing Cloud Connector with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.- Competency in creating and maintaining technical documentation, and the ability to scope, define and manage work intake.Experience Requirements:- Marketing Cloud Consultant-certified individual with development experience using advanced SQL, AMPscript and SSJS.- Ability to work directly with client stakeholders and other highly-skilled Salesforce technical developers and teams.- Experience with Heroku and one of the supported languages (PHP, Java, Python, Node, Ruby, Scala, Go, Clojure) beneficial but not essential.- Experience in reporting tools such as PowerBI or Tableau desirable but not essential.- Comfortable with agile project delivery methodology.
