Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Glasgow City Centre Salary: Up to £55k Duties and Responsibilities:* Responsible for day to day management and on-going development of the account management team.* Generating sales in accordance with the performance targets set individually and by department by the Company, whilst maintaining the required compliance * Recruitment of Customer Account Managers who fit with the Companys values* Developing and delivering a training and monitoring plan for all Sales staff * Coaching staff, regular 1:2:1s, annual reviews and performance management* Meet KPIs to ensure that the Company does not suffer wastage in the Sales function, and staff underperformance may be addressed* Ensure clients best interests are met at all times and integrity, compliance, and case quality is met and adhered to* Monitoring staff performance against established KPIs to ensure adherence to expected behaviours (listen to calls and work with QA team)* Ensuring all existing and potential client data obtained by way of day to day activities is recorded in the relevant Company systems and GDPR is adhered to * Ensuring all Company processes and policies are adhered to * Producing daily/weekly/monthly team performance reports* Utilisation of diaries to ensure full visibility of daily activities for self, team and Company wide* Continuously motivate the team to ensure low turnover, absence and achievement of sales targets* Any other duties as requiredSearch is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
