We provide B2B technical translation services globally. We serve the aviation logistics, medical, industrial manufacturing, e-com, construction and engineering witha personable translation service thats had us recognised nationally for our work. We are trusted by national and international companies, like, Dexcom, Inc., Rhomberg Sersa Group, Aviation Logistics Network, Lanyon Bowdler and Breheny Civil Engineering, amongother leading national and global companies.Our mission is to provide all of our clients with a joyful and easy service by providing them with quality technical translations that help them to reach their business goals with better communication.Your role:
  • Your role will be to work alongside your follow colleagues and the Translation Project Manager, youll be responsible for driving sales over the phone with assigned leads to build your own pipeline.
  • Youll also be responsible for looking after and taking care of some of our existing accounts, working to maximise those relationships you become more experienced with us.
  • We expect you to take care of our clients as if they were your own family - - serving them to a high quality standard, building solid rapport and regularly looking at ways in which we can offer them more of our services to achieve their project objectivessuccessfully and grow your sales.
Well provide you with:

Were looking for someone who has some proven experience in customer service and sales, although this is not essential as training will be provided. Were looking for someone who has the right positive, make it happen no matter what attitude, who isresilient, a self motivator, who doesnt take rejection personally and is equally kind and considerate - putting their fellow team members and clients at the heart of all that they do. In return from us, youll have support from your Line Manager and and your fellow sales team members - we will listen to you and we will support you - your feedback and ideas will be taken on board. Youll be working in a fun, high pressured and fastpaced work environment - we celebrate our wins and we work hard to achieve them. You will really get out what you put in - hitting the ground running, consistently working to do your numbers and putting in a lot of hard work initially will see you buildinga pipeline quickly and successfully in turn being rewarded with generous commission for all sales brought in over and above your targets.COVID-19 precaution(s):
