Job DescriptionSales ExecutiveGlasgow / Hybrid Role£23,000 - £25,000 + Uncapped CommissionHarvey, Donaldson and Gibson are one of Scotland`s largest residential property surveying firms, helping thousands of customers annually by surveying and valuing their homes.We are seeking an ambitious, self-motivated, passionate Sales Executive to help grow our online Home Report business. The successful candidate will exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills, have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, show initiativeand a willingness to grow the brand through sales conversions. Continual support and development will be available.Role Responsibilities: Converting high volume leads into sales to achieve KPI and exceed set targets. Build trust and rapport with clients. Develop and maintain new and established client relationships. Identify new sales opportunities. Ability to cross sell and upsell additional product offerings Call scheduling, appointment booking and payment processing. Assist with social media content/ promotion to drive increased awareness and lead generation. Establish best practice working processes to increase sales opportunities.
