Sales Executive,CambuslangSalary - £20500 basicExpected Salary - £24000/£25000 with OTEOne of the UKs main suppliers of Toys, gifts and gadgets and is searching for a Sales Executive to join their dedicated team based in Glasgow. The main purpose of your role will be supporting proactive sales initiatives, assisting with sales plans and preparations,handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, queries, and orders from existing and new customers. You will be working in connection with a Business Development Manager on customer management and collectively take full ownership of your workload and be responsiblefor enquiries through to conclusion.This is an opportunity for the successful candidate to join a supportive and encouraging team, based in Glasgow, with training provided. You will be able to develop skills and provide outstanding customer service within a fantastic organisation.Duties to include: Handling a number of incoming calls and emails with customers. Processing customer queries and orders. Make daily proactive sales calls to support sales plans. Support any sales initiatives put in place by your business development manager. Dealing enquiries and complaints from a shared inbox. Liaising with internal and third party departments to gather required information. Resolving outstanding customer queries efficiently.You will have/be: Previous experience and passion for delivering excellent levels of customer service A confident communicator via Telephone and email. Strong organisational skills, coupled with the ability to prioritise workload and able to handle complex situations. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
