What youll be doing as a Sales Development RepresentativeYoull be starting off the sales process as an SDR your main responsibility is outreach. This will be completed with access to the best tools and resources, reaching out to prospectus clients who may not know anything about the product. Outreach Build rapport and establish a relationship Work out if they have a need for the product Progress them to the next stage of the sales process with the Business Development TeamKey Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth product and customer knowledge, market insights and all major competitors
  • Arrange meetings and demos for sales consultants, attend to learn more about the process and customer profile
  • Ensure records and data in CRM are up to date and accurate
A successful SDR will:
  • Ideally recently graduated from university
  • Be ambitious and hardworking, going the extra mile to achieve and exceed targets
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be comfortable and confident making outbound calls, working at pace and under pressure with accuracy
  • Have the ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced sales environment
  • Be customer-focused, remaining professional and credibly building rapport with clients and prospects
