Jenson Fisher are currently recruiting a Sales Development Representative for a Business Consultancy based in Glasgow City Centre. This a great oportunity to join an exciting business going through a key period of growth.Key Responsibilities will include:- Supporting the internal sales team to action outbound sales campaigns based on marketing generated qualified leads- Being the first responder to inbound sales enquiries from the products website, webchat platform, email, telephone calls and partner referrals- Nurturing marketing qualified leads through the sales process/funnel until they are ready-to-buy-now and hand them to Account Executives, Customer Service Reps and Onboarding Tech Support- Focussing on meeting agreed weekly and monthly KPIs- Quickly learning and performing client demos online to understand prospective client needs and objections, which are fed back to the product and sales teams- Diligently updating the CRM system with prospect and client engagement and follow-ups to support a team-oriented environment- Occasional pre-approved/planned travel to assist the wider-sales team with tradeshows and onsite client meetings + demosApplicants should:- Have previous telephone based sales experience, preferably B2B audience, with experience selling software-as-a solution a distinct advantage- Have excellent spoken and written English, with great interpersonal skills- Be confident and self-motivated in making outbound calls to B2B Clients using engaging conversation to understand/qualify the clients true requirements- Be goal and target driven with a fantastic attitude to qualifying leads and landing clients- Be eager to learn and sell the benefits of the product to a wide variety of businesses, both domestically and internationally.- Have experience of using CRM tools to help track customer engagement and follow-ups by the sales team- Have a collaborative and confident personality to engage with management, marketing and product development teams- Be excited at the possibly of joining a firm, right at the start of their go-to-market journey and creating the content to fuel the drive for long-term lead generationSalary ranges between £25 000 and £28 000 dependant on experience.Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm.
