Morgan Hunt is delighted to be working exclusively with a Higher Education client in their search for a Safety & Environmental Advisor based in Glasgow.Job PurposeThe post holder will be responsible and accountable for the provision of specialist advice on environmental legislative compliance including waste contracts to various stakeholders at all levels within the organisation and for supporting, monitoring and reporting on environmental legislative compliance within the clients estates.The post will also encompass the role of general safety adviser, covering topics and areas of work not within scope of the teams chemical, biological and fire safety specialists, complementing these specialist areas of work.The post holder will work in conjunction with the clients team on matters of sustainability and on some environmental compliance issues.Knowledge/Qualifications
