Job Description

RPA Support Engineer / RPA Developer / Robotic Process Automation Developer / UiPath / Support / Permanent / Fully Remote / UK Applicants OnlyLocation - Glasgow - Fully Remote (UK Applicants Only)Salary - £40 - £55K depending on Experience.I am lucky enough to be working exclusively with a leading business making huge strides into Automation and is looking for a RPA Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.The business is growing at an exponential rate, they are looking to hire a UiPath Developer who has either worked in Application support or wants to step into this role. You will be the first support consultant and will build a team around you as the businessgrows. Based in Glasgow but can be fully remote for UK citizens.RPA Support Engineer Specification:

  • You will have IT/RPA support experience, fielding questions around handling difficult support issues, common problems to look out for in providing a support service and how to counter them.
  • You will have extremely strong customer communication skills. A large part of this job will be onboarding customers into support, setting customer expectations during calls, communicating timescales etc. You will resolve questions from engaging with customers,building customer relationships, some may be difficult customers.
  • You will have 2+ years UiPath experience and happy to roll sleaves up and get stuck in using UiPath when providing support to customers. Able to field questions around UiPath best practices & quality gates & common mistakes.
  • An organised collaborator. This person will be working closely with the SLT to improve the support service and closely with the development squads who provide second line support.
  • You must be ambitious and able to grow into a Managed Service leader, you will be the first person in this new team so this will be challenging and involve a bit of everything at first but also an exciting role with potential to grow.
  • RPA (Robotics Process Automation) Development with UiPath, specifically UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator (2 Years)
  • Ideally UiPath Certified (Not essential)
  • Application Support experience (ideal but not essential)
  • Structured development in any supporting development language
  • Understanding the business processes and developing and delivering RPA for efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication skills
