Your main responsibility will be to support the company in the Management of Retrofit Co-Ordination of on-going works. To ensure that company procedures are followed by all assessors which enables compliance with governing bodiesand submission of work. Below are more details on this great opportunity!Key responsibilities:Overall management of the Retrofit Field Staff and the internal compliance requirements on RetrofitProjectsEnsuring DEA survey quality is continually reviewed forquality and efficiencyTo identify and ensure that all personnel have adequate training and knowledge to carry out their dutiesand responsibilities.Liase with all Retrofit Co-Ordinators ensuring procedures are being met across the team to alloweifficient processingof projectsTo ensure Company Policies, Procedures and Standards are followed by adhering to the CompanyQuality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management System.To be responsible for supporting the management of health and safety of the Company.To ensurethat the Company meets all of its legal and moral obligations.Keep up to date with industry news, regulations and legislation through newsletters, industry bodies andall associated industry specialists such as Ofgem, BEIS, HSE etc.Have a clear understandingof PAS 2030:2019 and PAS 2035 to appreciate industry changes in terms ofwhole house retrofit. Ensuring all ECO work is compliant with these standards.Ensure all required Management Reports are completed on time are correct and relevant.
