  • Be most senior point of contact onsite for staff and clients at Celtic Park Retail Operation. Take accountability for all contractual requirements and ensure all matches are staffed, stocked and operated effectively and in line with Sodexo and client requirements
  • Support the staffing team with inductions and training of staff
  • Cost effectively manage all logisitics on site - including stock levels, product, and security; ensuring all costs and expenditure are controlled in-line with budget
  • Plan and deliver all logistics on site for match days and events bringing good GP and in line with forecast
  • To comply with all Sodexo policies and procedures, and ensure operational audits are passed by the unit - Safeguard Audit and Unit Business Health Check
  • Manage and maintain stakeholder relationships - with particular attention to customer journey and experience
  • Have a proactive attitude to continuous improvement with regular meetings to review service styles and product offers as well as customer feedback, ensuring that the whole team is engaged in this process.
The Ideal CandidateEssential
  • A proven track record working with high volume catering in a sporting venue
  • Experience supporting large volume training sessions
  • Allergen management experience within high volume catering services
  • Proven leadership skills to lead, motivate and train a team
  • Communication and delegation skills - able to interface at all levels and works well within a team
  • Confident, positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to use initiative and make decisions
  • Flexible and adaptable with good attention to detail
Where we can be flexible
  • Computer literate - Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience in high volume concert or festival management
  • Food Hygiene level 3 or IOSH Managing Safely Qualification or Equivalent
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Personal Licence Holder
