We have a great opportunity for a Resident Advisor to join Dunaskin Mill, our student accommodation residence in Glasgow. The accommodation offers students great facilities including a gym, games area and a courtyard all located within a 5-minute walk tothe University of Glasgow. The role offers full time working hours between 10:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday working in a fun, collaborative environment.The Resident Advisoracts as the first point of contact for resident and prospective resident enquiries providing an exceptional support service to ensure that the property runs smoothly and the residents feel supported and as with all the members of ouraccommodation teams, our Resident Advisors are responsible for delivering a 5-starservice to our customers.The position offers the opportunity to balance the operational aspects of the role with the chance to create a social and fun atmosphere to build an environment where students want to live and workKey responsibilities of the role include:• Dealing with enquiries from current residents in person, via phone or email. • Organising social events for students, within allocated budget, to engage and build positive atmosphere at Dunaskin Mill.• Covering the main reception during office hours, this will include sorting the mail and students post.• Be the face of Fresh for residents! Liaising with them on a regular basis making sure that residents feel supported and valued.• Ensuring that the reception and management suite is clean and tidy and adheres to Health & Safety requirements.• Filing and maintaining customer data, ensuring the database is up to date and within GDPR regulations.• Liaising with the maintenance and accommodation team to ensure any issues are logged and resolved promptly.• Assist the General Manager and Resident Manager with their duties as and when required.Why work for FreshFresh can offer you an exciting, collaborative, people-first environment where you can build your own career in a fast-growing industry.
