Job Description

Pertemps Scotland Ltd are working with our client in Glasgow to recruit an experienced Reporting and Analysis Project Manager until September 2021 with an option to extend.Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week.D/R: £148.23 (umbrella - Inside IR35)Working from homeYou will be providing strategic support to the Team Leader and to review and analyse funding information, in respect of VFM, Efficiencies and Targeted Resources and make recommendations.Essential experience:

  • Proven experience assessing detailed narrative reports from a range of stakeholders and analysing these to produce an executive summary report with recommendations for senior management.
  • Experience of working at a senior level in a challenging environment whilst subject to significant scrutiny and conflicting priorities.
  • Experience of working confidently and credibly with senior colleagues, Ministers and external stakeholders both through verbal communications and quality of written work.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, with a track record of clear and concise and effective communications; quantitative and qualitative and reporting experience.
  • Strong ability to influence, challenge and collaborate across boundaries on sensitive issues in a cohesive and supportive manner.
  • Ability to work within a small team and within agreed project scope, to provide clear advice and support to colleagues and to respond to enquiries that arise, in an effective and timely manner.
