**To be successful in this role you must have an in depth understanding of Call Centre operations and previous experience within green technology, such as Solar Panels and Air Source heat pumps and associated energy savings solutions related to home improvementshelping customer to Net Zero target**Key Tasks:·Formulate and execute strategic sales and marketing plans aimed at achieving company objectives and fostering growth.·Establish connections with external lead generators and identify additional sources with industry expertise.·Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and competitor activities to pinpoint new business opportunities.·Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key clients and strategic partners.·Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure synergy between sales and marketing efforts.·Making outbound calls to potential customers.·Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements·Close sales and achieve individual and team KPI’s·Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activitiesIf you are a target-driven, ambitious individual with a determination to succeed, then this will be an incredibly rewarding career for you, with the ability to progress within the role then APPLY TODAY to be considered!
