Rapidly growing AI Tech company that have developed a ground-breaking product are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join their remote Dev team - Opportunity to join a stable organisation that really put their employees first; great salary, culture and benefits on offer here!The company were only founded a few years back but are already very well recognised in the Elixir community - they have recently received significant financial investment and as a result are looking to add a number of skilled engineers to their team. As it stands the Development team sits at roughly 5 strong, however they do have big hiring plans in place for the next few years so its a really exciting time to get involved. The product is still fairly early on (going into its third year of production) and they do have big plans and a wide list of features they are keen to add - so there will be plenty to get involved in.The team work with a really modern tech stack (Elixir, Erlang, Pheonix, Pytorch & VueJS) although experience with Elixir would be handy, they are more than happy to consider strong Functional Programmers with good experience using other languages (Ruby, Haskell, Scala, GoLang, Elm, Rust etc).They are ideally looking for individuals that have several years of commercial experience adhering to quality Software Development principles (TDD, BDD) as these will be imperative in the role. In addition, the company are always striving to keep up to date with the latest tech trends with many being hobbyist programmers and attending tech events outside of work - a similar passion would be very welcomed.The company are based in London, however already have a few team members that are located across Europe and are happy to consider similar arrangements - this is truly a FULLY Remote role.For this role, the company have a salary range in mind of £50k to £80k dependent on ability and experience.
