Registered Mental Health Nurse£35,000 - £36,000This is a fixed term contract for 1 year.We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Mental Health to join our Occupational Health Team. Above all, we fosteran inclusive culture and a healthy work-life balance to ensure you can be at your best and we practice what we preach.The role is based at our site in Govan and you will be required to work 2-3 nightshifts every quarter.What youll be doing: Provide expert, evidence-based case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work and other requests for OH advice when mental health is a factor. Provide professional, comprehensive and evidence based written reports Ensure that the correct advice in relation to fitness to carry out role is communicated to the Client, escalating where clinically appropriate. Deliver Training and awareness sessions to Mental Health First Aiders and others workplace stakeholdersQualifications Qualified or Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC PIN, a diploma or degree in Occupational Health is preferable.
