Job Description

Job Title -Regional Service ManagerLocation - West Scotland Salary - up to £40k basic + 20% Bonus (£48k OTE) + fantastic benefits listed belowCompanyOur Client is a market leading manufacture within the Material Handling sector. Their focus is on high levels of customer service and service standards setting this Company apart from its competitors.The Person & SkillsFor this position you should be motivated, enthusiastic and strong communicator who has a good understanding and knowledge of working with a P&L. You should be able to make decisions independently and know the impact of the choices you make.Ideally you will have previous experience managing a team of external Field Service Engineers

  • This role will suit someone familiar with a Mechanical / Electrical product; preferably cap ex.
  • First class approach to customer support and be focused on achieving maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Able to set targets and lead a team to a world class performance.
  • You should have worked alongside the Sales Managers to maximise growth in your area.
  • You will be measured on margin control, service fulfilment, customer satisfaction, stock control and revenue generation.
    • The RoleYou will be managing a team of 15+ service engineers as well as maintaining and building relationships with customers. You will be working within the constraints of a P&L and increasing profitability via cost & revenue control. You’ll be fully responsible for the recruitment, training and development of all your Field Service Engineers.The Package & Salary
  • Up to £40k basic DOE + 20% bonus available
