Our exciting client is looking for an existing HR Business Partner to join a highly successful people function. This is a regional role with the expectation that you will probably visit regional hubs 2 or 3 days per week. The area covered will be Scotlandand the Northern Ireland, with circa 25 locations. Key accountabilities will include;Being the source of HR expertise when supporting and coaching managers and their teams.Providing effective advice and support to retail colleagues, promoting employee well being and maximising employee engagementManaging of employee relations casework across the region and in complex cases attending investigations, disciplinaries, and grievance hearings to provide guidance and supportSupporting, advising and leading on change management projects across the region including restructures and store closuresUsing data, business metrics and evidence to inform and drive decision making and change across the regionShaping and implementing effective recruitment and retention strategies and activities within the region to recruit talent in line with the overall resourcing and succession planWorking alongside managers and the People and Product Development team to understand training needs and support with the design and delivery of training as requiredSupporting the HR Partnering Manager and People Director, or leading on key business projects and initiatives, including organisation redesign, structure changes and system implementationThe successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record acting as a HR Business Partner, ideally CIPD qualified. You will have a good generalist knowledge of all aspects of HR; notably organisation restructure, performance management, talent managementand people processes. In addition to this you will have a proven track record of working within multi-site retail, hospitality, or similar environments.The is a fantastic role to join and organisation with some of the most exciting and well known brands under its umbrella.
