Job Description

Were looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Business Support division, recruiting for administrative jobs, ranging from junior assistant administration roles to senior and leadership positions. We work across a variety of areas, including privatesector, local authorities and charitable organisations.The role is a fast paced environment and will require excellent organisation skills and professionalism. This 360 role includes both the sales and service aspects and some duties include:

  • Identifying, generating and maintaining a pipeline of business within your market
  • Building strong lasting relationships with candidates, clients and colleagues
  • Negotiating with clients
  • Resourcing for job vacancies
  • Meeting with candidates and clients daily, face to face and via MS Teams
  • Writing job specifications and advertising vacancies
  • Maintaining a high quality database which allows you to quickly and actively seek out business
  • Spotting opportunities for short, medium and long term wins
