Search Recruitment Group was formed in May 2017 following the successful MBO of Search Consultancy, backed by H2 Equity Partners. Searchs Professional Services division has grown its revenues and headcount significantly in recent years and the Glasgowteam now looking to expand. Based out of our city centre office in Glasgow, the Accountancy and Finance division is regularly recognised as one of the top performing divisions within Search. Business development; you will get the opportunity to contact new and existing clients to generate opportunities
You will consult with clients to review job profiles, identifying the clients needs and requirements for their vacancy
Meeting candidates face to face, getting to know the intricacies of their career and job search - building long lasting relationships
You will shortlist suitable candidates for your clients vacancies
You will need to build a pipeline of candidates to ensure you can react quickly to your clients needs quickly and effectively
Regular contact with your candidates and clients is crucial to build long lasting and strong relationships
Become an expert within your market and keep updated with the various factors which affect it, ensuring you are adapting your process accordingly as well as soaking up as much commercial information as possible
