A career with Kerry is something you can feel good aboutAbout the roleResponsibility for the management of raw materials and packaging.What will I be doingKey responsibilities of the role are summarized below and are subject to change according to business needs:• In conjunction with business systems, reports and production schedules, ensure the timely arrival / placement / confirmation of purchase orders with suppliers and STO’s for intercompany transfers.• Resolution of any issues relating to the above, to avoid compromise to production/inventory/ business as a whole.• Liaise with site supply chain team to confirm quantities, management of purchase orders and call-off quantities.• Management of delivery dates on SAP to ensure aligned with production and required dates. Highlight any delays to relevant function while taking necessary steps to avoid negative impact to customer through appropriate escalation channels.• Liaise with warehouse or 3PL to deal with goods inwards issues – shortages, damages, documentation issues etc.• Supporting accounts payable on invoice queries/issues.• Maintain and review raw material stock levels with view to maximize cash flow and meet agreed targets.• Identification of stock at risk and taking the appropriate actions while following RCCA process, keeping SCM informed.• Assist in the development of supplier relationships to ensure requirements are met on-time and in-full; with management of urgent issues criticalto material supply.
