Our Office in a Box home-workingkit will be available for all who need it during your onboarding journey.Our Regional Radio Optimisation team has opportunities for driven and innovative radio engineers to improve performance by ensuring the best possible design, configuration and optimisation of our access network.What will you be doing Monitoring of Radio KPIs that reflect customer experience of services, and introduce Radio performance KPI targets Gap analysis for KPIs that are not meeting required levels - worst cell analysis, operational fault analysis etc Recommend implementation of new features/parameter enhancements into the network to address performance issues Driving operations to resolve regional RAN issues in the Access network Delivery of enhanced optimisation processes and/or tools with measurable performance benefits and/or resource efficiency Contribution to action plans to address any issues detected with the performance Justification for investment in coverage or capability to meet the performance requirements Clear quantification and reporting of all benefits achieved.
