Meraki Talent are exclusively engaged on an exciting vacancy for a Purchase & Sales Ledger Controller paying £30,000 - £35,000 plus an excellent benefits package including bonus.The Company You will have the opportunity to work for a growing technology business which is leading the market with their digital platform. The business partners with some of the biggest, and most well-know brands/companies across the globe.The Role The role of Purchase & Sales Ledger Controller will be reporting to the Financial Controller. You will be joining the groups finance team which houses characteristics such as a great working ethic and inclusivity within the business.The roles primary focus is take sole ownership of accounts payable & sales ledger function. This includes the processing but also the development & enhancement of processes, procedures, controls, systems and automation. To be considered you must have experienceof both purchase & sales ledger within a high volume environment.On OfferThe business is offering a fantastic salary of £30,000 - £35,000, plus an exceptional bonus and competitive benefits package. The role is 100% home working so can be completed anywhere through-out the United KingdomYou will be involved in but not limited to the following duties:

  • Reviewing and developing processes, procedures, control & systems
  • Processing purchase invoices & expense claims
  • Processing sales ledger invoices
  • Completing weekly payment runs
  • Inter-company invoicing
  • Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Reviewing weekly age debtors
  • Liaison with internal & external stakeholders
To be considered for this opportunity, you must:
  • Experienced in a high-volume transactional environment
  • Experience of both purchase & sales ledgers
  • Great communications skills
  • Confident individual with a good work ethic
  • Comfortable in 100% remote/home working
  • Proficient user of Excel
