Job Description

We are embarking on an exciting new journey within our Claims Departmentand we are seeking skilled Claims Handlers to join us.In the role of a Claims Handler, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier customer service precisely when our customers need it the most. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Swiftly addressing and resolving inquiries from both customers and external contacts, ensuring the seamless delivery of our streamlined claims service.
  • Estimating the value of claims and establishing timely reserves within your authorized limits.
  • Identifying potential Recovery and Fraud claims, safeguarding the interests of our clients.
  • Enhancing team productivity by contributing your skills and expertise.
  • Adhering to established claims handling procedures for low-complexity, low-exposure claims, ensuring a consistent and high-quality claims service.
  • Skilfully negotiating claim settlements within your authority limits.
  • Fostering a positive and supportive team culture, where collaboration and mutual support are integral.
What Were Seeking:
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in the insurance sector, demonstrating your knowledge of the industry.
  • Essential previous experience in a contact centre role, highlighting your ability to effectively engage with and assist customers.
  • While previous experience in property insurance is preferred, it is not mandatory; we value your expertise and passion for the field.
