Job Description

Emtec Fire Systems are pleased to announce that they are looking to add a Sprinkler Project Manager to their team in Glasgow. The role would suit a Project Manager or supervisor with experience in the Sprinkler industry looking for career progression withtraining opportunities to develop their career within the industry.Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Project Management of commercial and residential sprinkler contracts.
  • Ensure works are completed within budget.
  • Customer satisfaction and employee care.
  • Manage direct and sub contract labour to ensure progress and productivity meets programme while complying the relevant standards and company procedures.
  • To ensure works are carried out to high standard complying with relevant British Standards and codes of practice.
  • To lead, motivate and develop site-based team/s.
Project Manager Requirements:Essential
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the sprinkler industry
  • Good working knowledge of BSEN 12845 and BS9251
  • Good organisational skill and a can do attitude
  • H & S safety qualifications such as SMSTS or SSSTS
  • CSCS Card.
  • Full Driving Licence.
Desirable
  • Recognised LPCB qualifications
  • Strong, effective management skills
  • Deliver to a high standard.
