Job Description

Project Manager Role - Glasgow My client is a major multidisciplinary consultancy who specialise in infrastructure and building projects within both the public and private sectors are looking for a Project Manager to join their prosperous team in Glasgow! You will be working with a rangeof specialists offering a great diversity of skills throughout both the public and private sectors.Responsibilities:

  • You will lead, plan, manage and administer contracts including NEC3 and NEC4 contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
  • You will deliver projects ranging from Major Infrastructure and Building projects across Scotland taking responsibility for all delivery aspects including costing and budgets.
  • Monitor progress of the programme and assessing costs for works completed while maintaining the highest quality of work.
Requirements:
  • A degree in either Civil or Structural engineering.
  • Experience working for UK based consultancy or contractor managing utilities and or building projects.
  • Familiarity with NEC3 and NEC4 Project Management.
  • Brilliant communication skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office software.
  • Experience in Quantity surveying or budget management/costing.
