The Financial Improvement Programme (FIP) is tasked with delivering circa £50-60m of savings per annum – the largest savings programme in the Scottish NHS. As the Board adopts new systems, processes and ways of working, these new ways of working will be challenging and demand your ability to influence at all levels of the Board.As a key team member, you will be required to initiate and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of staff across services. Most particularly, the post holder will be expected to have a close working relationship with the works stream leads, operational leads, and senior managers and support services (Finance, HR etc) within the specific project(s) that the Project Manager is working on.You will also be required to generate and encourage new knowledge and ways of thinking in developing and implementing efficiency and productivity related projects.You should have a Degree or relevant years equivalent experience and have a post graduate qualification for example Business/Leadership/Project Management/Management certificate.The hours of this post are Monday to FridayInformal ContactPaul McKenna, Head of Financial Improvement onDetails on how to contact the Recruitment Service can be found within the Candidate Information Pack
