The Financial Improvement Programme (FIP) is tasked with delivering circa £50-60m of savings per annum – the largest savings programme in the Scottish NHS. As the Board adopts new systems, processes and ways of working, these new ways of working will be challenging and demand your ability to influence at all levels of the Board.As a key team member, you will be required to initiate and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of staff across services.
