Job Description

We are currently recruiting for one of our key clients based in Central Scotland who are leaders in the EV charge point installation and operations sector. We are looking for multiple Project Managers within the Central Belt of Scotland who can drive EVprojects from the beginning of the specification process through to completion of works.Client DetailsOur client have rapidly grown over the last year and have hired within multiple divisions to create an adaptable, innovation and creative business with strong funding and also exciting growth plans.Description

  • This role will be the main project lead for a suite of projects from a reporting and planning perspective and will be the main contact for the key delivery partners when assessing the delivery programme and prioritisation of projects and tenders
  • Responsibility for forming and managing the plan of the assigned projects within the business, this will include projects undertaken by the organisation across all areas of the business.
  • This role will ensure all departments have inputted into the programme and all departments are involved in the prioritisation of projects
  • Liaising fully with the Head of Delivery to ensure all on site problems are being managed in an efficient manner to, in turn, ensure safety compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Managing and reporting on all the project and tender budgets, and ensuring that targets are met, and reporting is produced in a timely manner, flagging issues as they arise with the Executive Management Team
  • Presenting to stakeholders, customers, and partners in respect of project details, deliverables, changes to programme and specification etc.
  • Prioritising workloads across the organisation to ensure clarity of objectives and a hierarchy of projects
  • Implementing project reviews and change projects to improve processes and procedures
Profile
  • Project management skills and a proven track record of project delivery.
  • Knowledge of electrical distribution or electrical installation.
  • A proven track record of delivering customer focused business strategies
  • A "can-do" attitude
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A good eye for detail Desirable
  • Understanding of the EV industry and EV products and services would be beneficial however not essential
Job OfferSalary dependent on experience (45-65k) + car/car allowance + bonus
