Insurance PMO Project Management Officer TMO- Transformation Management OfficeThis is a new and exclusive opportunity for a strong Insurance PMO Project Management Officer for this leading Insurance businessRole details

  • Title: Insurance PMO Project Management Officer TMO- Transformation Management Office

  • Location: This role requires 2 days a month in Glasgow, but you can be based absolutely anywhere
This is a brilliant PMO role to help delivery long lasting governance change for all projects for this leading insurance business as they invest in their change and transformation finance operations projects teamThe team are going through a significant transformation of People, Process & Technology, and as an experienced PMO Analyst you will play a key role in supporting major change initiatives.You will be part of the Programme Office, supporting Project Managers & SMEs from across the insurance business.PMO Activities:
  • Establishes and manages project and programme governance in line with portfolio governance model
  • Develop reports and dashboard to help control and drive project performance & delivery
  • Supports implmentation of a Project Management System and development of reporting suite for Projects
  • Builds and manages the integrated portfolio level plan
  • Tracks and reports progress against project and key workstream milestones
  • Gathers and reports costs and benefit data from project
  • Takes and tracks actions and decisions from key governance forums
  • Prepares reporting packs and presentation packs for Program Director to support all change governance within Finance and across Divisions

  • 5+ years experinece of working as a PMO
  • Knowledge of financial services industry and finance transformation desired
  • Experience with project managent tools (Smartsheet, MS Project) required
  • expereince of helping to set up processes is useful
