Our client based in Stepps are looking for a Project Administrator (Audit) for a contract role, initially until at least December 2023. Although the office is based in Stepps this role is work from home, but candidates should be available to go to the office if required. For this role, someone from a data management, document control or process background would be the ideal candidate as this candidate will be auditing various implementation plans and work through a large back log of assets (more details of the project willbe provided if the application is progressed). The candidate will have a great knowledge of Excel as you will be working on this on a daily basis, updating spreadsheets/ trackers as well as using various in-house systems. The role will entail a lot of data management and liaising with various internal departmentsas well as external stakeholders. The candidate should be dynamic, outgoing and reliable and poses the following skills Extensive Microsoft Excel experience Great attention to detail Good at multi-tasking and enjoy the variety of tasks Experience of auditing and carrying out tasks Completing searches on multiple in house systems Liaising with developers, internal departments and external agencies Must be a Team Player Process Driven. Familiarity with ISO 9001 would be beneficial
