We are on the path of an incredibly exciting digital transformation and investment programme, experimenting with emerging technologies, new tools and services that truly put customers at the heart of everything we do.Make an impact as a Product OwnerThe Product Owner is a critical role in delivering our digital growth and revenue targets. We are in the middle of our Transformation and so, we really need individuals to help shape what Product and Agile looks like for us as we move through the journey. As Product Owner you will be responsible for setting the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with the business to drive world class customer experience and revenue growth across the Product Portfolio.

  • You will be an experienced Product Owner with a passion to improve and deliver a first-class customer journey and experience.
  • On a day-to-day basis, you will engage with developers, designers, users and stakeholders to solve customer problems. You will translate these problems into business priorities and actionable user stories.
  • You will prioritise development backlogs and act as the backbone to the product development cycle.
  • Responsible for driving performance metrics, such as CTR, CSAT, Sales, Conversion and site performance, including managing initiatives within the backlog to improve overall product performance.
  • Manage relationships and drive collaboration with UX Research and Design, Software Development, DevOps, SEO, Analytics, Multi Variate Testing, Marketing, IT and Content, and leadership team
  • To be successful in this role you will:
  • Ability to bring together views and perspectives of a broad range of internal and external stakeholders including commercial and procurement specialists to provide a strong evidence base and documentation for decisions.
  • Experience of Agile frameworks and working in an Agile environment, with a proven ability to apply an Agile mindset to product development.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • A natural interest and enthusiasm for everything digital, from UX to mobile and everything in between.
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to communicate with people from all levels of the business.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Be commercially focused - understanding how to use data and insights to drive and measure customer-centric solutions.
  • Love solving problems - with an eye for detail you take a logical approach to solving customer problems.
