Asa great Senior Plumbing Advisor at George Boyd you will always put your customer first, focusing on engaging with customers and adapting your approach to meet their needs. You will be proactive, taking time to understand your customers. Youll also show resiliencewhen things dont go according to plan; being open to new ideas and youre happy to learn. For this role in particular we are looking for someone with the following experience and skills * A understanding of the plumbing market and plumbing product knowledge* A driving licence is essential as the role will help with customer deliveries * Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team * Proactive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude * Demonstrable customer service focus * IT literate * Able to create andmaintain successful relationships * Able to handle difficult situations and diffuse conflictRequirements What will I be doing in the role Our team are really important to our success and a critical part of our customers positive experience with us.
