We are looking for someone who want to be more than just a team member, but who wants to join a family of likeminded individuals.As an Administrator in our Restructuring and Insolvency team you will be managing case delivery, including post-appointment, case progression and closure as well as ensuring all aspects of casework are completed in a timely manner. You will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of personal insolvency case administration and will be experienced in doing so previously. You will be comfortable working to strict deadlines and be able to report on case progress with ease.You will be responsible for IPS Diary maintenance, as well as assisting with the preparation of initial proposals and statement of affairs. You will be collaborating with debtors and creditors/stakeholders alongside pursuing payment of contributions and take appropriate action where applicable. In addition, you will ensure that any client issues are dealt with promptly and effectively.Previous and demonstrable Insolvency administration experience is essential for the role as you will need to be confident in managing your own portfolio. Ideally you will have experience within personal insolvency and be comfortable in this area.
