Personal Co-ordinator Team LeaderGlasgow With the expansion of our clients team, they are currently looking to recruit a Personal Co-ordinator Team Leader to be based at their new clinic in Glasgow. The successful applicant will join a multi-disciplinary team and play an active role in providingan exceptional service to clients.This role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating workload/training of Personal Co-ordinators along with Clinic Managers to ensure a high-quality personalised care experience for all clients, making clients feel special and satisfied by receivinga 5* treatment and ongoing value for money. The role involves helping to ensure that the patient journey is a smooth and stress-free experience and ultimately contributing to the smooth running of the service. The appointed candidate also provides administrativesupport and reception cover for clients and the network of professional colleagues and is the personal point of contact for clients.In line with Care Quality Commission guidelines, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a standard Disclosure and Barring Service check.Essential criteria:- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail- Committed and flexible- Willingness to travel- Team player- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and responsibility for own work whilst supporting othersDesirable criteria:- Experience in private healthcare - Efficient with all Microsoft packagesAbout Our ClientFor many years, our client has been at the forefront of clinical diagnostics, dedicated to improving health worldwide with our disruptive technology and innovative diagnostic solutions.
