We are lookingfor a Performance Tester to join their successful, stable, and growing team. This can be working from home.The Company considers employees as highly valued members of the business and offer an extensive benefits package plus fantastic progression opportunities for those wishing to move further in their career on a local, national, or global scale.Performance TesterWorking from home£45-60K plus extensive benefits packageDue to the secure nature of this work all applicants will be required to gain UK Security Clearance to at least SC level. You must have been resident in the UK for at least the last 5 years and cannot have been outside the UK for more than 28 days on anyone occasion within this time.To be successful in this role:You will be a confident Performance Tester with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Requirements for this role include:

  • Consulting skills, e.g. problem solving, for instance to understand the clients challenges and translate this in how to assist
  • Software development skills, e.g. JAVA, C# and understanding of software development best practices
  • Familiar with load and performance test tools, e.g. Load Runner, Jmeter
  • Knowledge of the delivery life cycle and best practice in load and performance testing
  • Good understanding of the technical stacks being tested
  • Must be comfortable in a working from home environment
Position summary:Our client is looking for a Performance Tester to join their team.Job role and responsibilities:As a Performance Tester, your responsibilities will include working from home to:
  • Participate in the Load and Performance tools evaluation
  • Participate in the selection of scenarios for performance testing
  • Create, execute and debug the test scenarios with data
  • Lead the load and performance tool evaluation
  • Lead the definition of performance testing
  • Lead the creation and debugging the test scenarios with data
