Job Description

We are looking to recruit a People Systems Support Analyst for a central government client working on a contract until the end of the year. The role is inside IR35 working on a hybrid basis, with a combination between remote and 1-2 days per week in theGlasgow office.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to join the public sector and gain reputable experience, which will open career doors for you moving forward.Experience and skills required for the People Systems Support Analyst:

  • Working knowledge ofMidland iTrent
    • Admin user
    • Resolving escalated issues
    • Provide support and guidance to core HR teams
  • Experience of using a service management tool to monitor and respond to tickets
  • Experience of 2nd line support
  • SC security cleared
