Job Description

I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join our client, who are a Global Financial Organisation, who are looking to on board a new Officer on a contract for a minimum of 12 months. The successful candidate will perform a keyrole within the EMEA Payroll team, reporting to the EMEA Payroll manager.You will provide payroll support to the UK Wide offices, ensuring the locations you are responsible for are fully compliant with all regulatory requirements.You will work Monday - Friday, working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home working 9am - 5:30pm. The salary will vary depending on experience, as i am keen to speak to people with experience varying from Financial Graduates up to Payroll Managers/Officers.Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • EMEA payroll administration ownership in multi-locations, incorporating a combination of Monthly payroll submissions, Monthly reconciliations, administering disbursements, fulfilling several control obligations
  • Co-ordinate all payroll activities for each location you are responsible for
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll processing and all controls requirements have been fulfilled
  • Ensure all regulatory obligations have been fulfilled for locations you are responsible for
  • Escalate issues as and when they arise
  • Be the main point of contact for Payroll for the locations you have are responsible for
To be considered for this role you must be:
  • Confident in using Excel at an advanced level, analysing and generating reports
  • Comfortable working to strict deadlines
  • Desirable - experience using banking software
  • Willingness and eager to learn and develop in a excellent opportunity
