Job Description

Location flexible at any SCRA mainland offices with capacityThere will be a requirement for regular travel to StirlingHybrid Working will applyThe Childrens Hearings System provides the operational setting in which SCRA (Scottish Childrens Reporter Administration) and our partner agencies work. The aim is to provide a safety net for vulnerable children and deliver tailored solutions which meetthe needs of the individuals involved, while helping to build stronger families and safer communities.

  • You will support the Payroll Lead in the management of SCRAs payroll service including the provision of management information and administrative support to enable the delivery of effective, efficient and customer focused payroll service.
  • You will have essential experience of payroll administration.
  • You will hold a certificate in Payroll Practice or willingness to work towards this.
  • You will have experience of monthly and year end processes using HR and payroll e-hr system, preferably iTrent, and the skill to produce reports and statistics.
  • You will be self motivated and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships with all business partners and system/service providers.
